According to the Ordinance, the MP provides general data regarding the property: location; historical and scientific review of its former development; natural and anthropogenic characteristics dated to the basic year 2011. In the spirit of the Recommendation of UNESCO, the urban cultural heritage is regarded as a result of a certain historical evolution and in relation with its broader context: natural and anthropogenic characteristics, infrastructure, socio-economic conditions and geographical environment.
