Based on data taken from the property register, the ownership on the immovable properties on the territory is classified as follows: state – 4.9% (of which exclusively state – 37.5%; state public – 12.5%; state private – 50%); municipal – 22.5 % (of which municipal public – 66.7 %; municipal private – 33.3 %); private – 66.4% (of which belonging to physical persons – 97.8 %; to juridical persons – 1.5 %; to religious organisations – 0.7 %); mixed – 6.2 %. The ownership on the medieval churches and the belonging land properties, as well as on land properties with archaeological structures is predominantly municipal public, while that on the sites with vernacular architecture – mainly private (with exception of the Ethnographic Museum – municipal public property).
