The programme is structured in accordance with the accepted principle for direct interrelation between the strategic guidelines of the MP and the proceeding programme activities. It is developed an indicative table with the following requisites:

activity: type, name (or short description); separately are described projects, included in one programme but different in type and/or with different period of execution within the frames of the 20-year term;

division into periods of execution, including start and end and duration (by years);

institution responsible for the initiating/execution; main partners;

notes and explanations referring the execution.
These requisites provide the overall scope and structuring of the activities, referring their content and division into periods of execution. That way is set the strategic background of the middle-term and short-term planning by the application of MP.
